Hello, World
I'm a 3rd year undergraduate student studying Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan, and am planning to graduate in April 2010. I have been programming for the better half of my life, and am a very self-motivated learner.I have interests in a wide variety of topics, including embedded systems, networking, computer security, digital signal processing, operating systems, high level languages, server administration, and web programming.
I enjoy playing bluegrass music, and composing electronic songs in Renoise. I've played violin for 14 years, guitar for 7 years, and mandolin for about a year. On Saturday nights, I usually get together with friends and jam. These semi-regular sessions can range in size from 2 to 20 people.
After graduation, I plan on going to graduate school for a PhD. While I haven't decided on a school yet, I'd like to concentrate on network security in embedded systems or operating systems.
